US Robotics 2249 Wireless Access Point
Weakness: Hard to configure. NO security tab in software! NO toll-free support! E-mail support is pitiful!
My USR 11 mbs. card would NOT work with this WAP until I updated the driver and the bios on the card. This unit takes considerable time to get the attenna oriented well to get the best connection (at all of 15 feet through 2 walls). Even at 15 feet and a clear path, signal strength was 80% at best! I have written a letter to USR, but they have ignored it!
