Weakness: software installation took forever
Picture quality is great, especially if you're just recording. Via the internet the quality is adequate. Install is easy and the webcam sits securely on top of a laptop or on a tabletop. The only issue I have is software installation. It took forever and there were way too many pieces of software that they wanted to to install that I'll never use.

There are something it does better (sound isolation, wider vision - 85° VS 72°) than the Logitech QuickCam Communicate Deluxe, but it does something not as good (face tracking, lesser image quality in lower light). We have been using this webcam for over two moths. Everything turns out great. The size of this webcam is a bit bulk but I guess it's because of the fuction of wider view while using. Easy to use and have no problem so far! It's a good product!
