Ideal for small multi-user workgroup systems or remote LAN dial-in, the PC/8 gives full support to modem, terminal, plotter, and other asynchronous devices. Each port is an industry standard RS-232 (16450 UART) with a selectable data transfer rates from 50 bps to 56 Kbps, as well as independent definable character widths, stop-bits and parity.
