Weakness: Belkin does not supply a sata to molex power cable with this card.
Works as advertised, even on a Dell XPS 8300, which seems to be a problem with some other usb 3 cards eariler this year. I would advise you to follow Belkins install procedure, and that 's to install the driver first, then install the card. For full power to the 2ea usb ports, you'll need to order a sata to molex power cable, as Belkin does not supply one in their kit.
