The intelligent multi-function LCD panel displays real-time UPS vitals for ease of control. Connectivity via (1) HID USB and (1) DB9 serial ports. Surge Protection for RJ11/RJ45 & coax. Provantage is great.
Strengths: UPS is cheap, full featured, and works with the new computer power supplies. Vendor tech support in US is good and located in US.
Weakness: UPS software seems to conflict with my Haupage TV card in Win7 64 bit Pro. No big deal, just use the windows system power management control panel instead.
Provantage is great. Product arrived the day after I ordered it. Had a noisy defective fan. Got a shippin label for free shipping back over the phone. Received a replacement product the next day about an hour after shipping the old one back. Quality company.
