Strengths: Cheap easy installation
Weakness: Poor customer service, poor phone quality, poor account connection server is always down, in general not really worth the cost.
Customer service frequently gives conflicting information. Poor phone quality, frequent outages. I started with vonage when it was new. I expected upgrades and hung in there for 2 years. after 2 years of poor service I switched to another VOIP provider and you would not believe the difference in service. I suggest you reconsider and don't fall for the first free month deal. Not worth it at all
