Strengths:  Easy setup utility, worked great out of the box. Good network speed across all ports. Works great in hot environments.

Review:  I use this in my office of 28 people. We use VMWare and all our images are on a file server. On average an employee will download about 12 gigs a day. It now takes them only 15 minutes to download 12 gigs. What a convenience.

Review:  I connected this to my NAS and it worked fine however, when I tried to connect a another computer to the switch I kept on gettig ip issues, so what happened what that I had to replug in the computer to the router, so it didn't give me the full 1000 mbit transfer. Review:  The previous reviewer needs to get his/her facts right. He/she read the book and looked at hub to hub which says 16.8ft. He/she doesn't realize it is a switch. 100M or 328ft cable length is allowed between a 100Mbps switch and a 100Mb switch or computer. 100M or 328ft are allowed between it and a 10Mb hub. But the poor nature of hubs limits 100Mbps distances to 10m.
