The result is a small and elegant satellite speaker that perfectly integrates with the subwoofer while providing superior midrange and highs. These are excellent speakers. They are the highest quality one can get for the price. It's weaknesses are the same as any speakers in this price range with comparable quality. I highly recommend them if you are looking for good speakers for your desk. They are not suitable for parties, but work well for watching movies with small groups of people.

The sound quality is very good for a 2.1 speaker. It is still not as good my pair of full scale hi-fi speakers but the overall feeling is very close.

These speakers are spectacular, they are small and compact and pack a punch. The smooth style really goes well with my white flat screen monitor and takes up very little space. The touch volumn control is nice! Can miss.

I highly recommend JBL Creature II 2.1 minijack speaker if you find the price acceptable. I used it as an upgrade for my bedside CD player. The sound are now clearer and more charming. Before the purchase, I have listen to more than several alternatives and I like JBL Creature II the best. Now that I have it and I sstill believe it is the best option around.
