When first loading the software, had a problem with the scanner working properly. Contacted Visioneer and was told that the software was not properly installed. Un-installed and then re-installed. Still had a problem. Called the company and they walked me through some steps with my computer. Was told that I needed a highspeed USB 2.0 expansion card. Purchased highspeed USB 2.0 expansion card....

9420 one touch flatbed Scanner
Strengths: unit does everything anyone would want to do at home office
Weakness: it should be able to set for legal size paper as well as letter size.
this is my 3rd visioneer and i have also purchased other higher price brands that don't work or set up as simple as the visioneer does. and i paid 3x's the money for them.
