Weakness: Isn't THE cheapest cpu (but still isn't a bad deal).
I enjoy this processor a lot. While I said it isn't THE cheapest cpu, it isn't the most expensive either. This is perfect for those of us who don't have a ton of money or those of us who are watching what we spend, but don't want to give up performance for money. This CPU Runs very cool, between 38-45 idle (on part to my Zalman HSF). I would highly recommend this Processor.

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Processor
Strengths: Very stable and fast processor. The 90nm (nanometer) Winchester core provides much greater cooling capability than the earlier Newcastle cores, which are built using the 130nm process.
Weakness: None so far!
This processor is a GREAT buy for a mid to high-end CPU (around $300.00). When matched with a very good motherboard like the K8N Neo2 Platinum by MSI, and some very low-latency RAM from Crucial, you will not be disappointed. This processor can handle over-clocking extremely well, provided you are using a good cooling system for the CPU and case. System Configuration: AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 90nm...
