I got this thing and followed the Intel instructions for installing it, and my motherboard was having random shutdown problems. I finally found out that the thermal pad that comes with this processor is too thick and actually holds heat in, but thats no big loss; threw some Arctic Silver 5 on it and it worked like a charm. running this processor in a asus p5nd2 sli with 2 gig of ddr2 667 memory with 2 XFX 6600 LE PCI express EX. VIDEO CARDS WITH A EVERCOOL WATER COOLER AND HAVE NOT HAD no PROBLEM RUNNING IT OVER CLOCKED UP 4.5 GIG. EXCELLENT PROCESSOR. GRATE PRICE

Weakness: absolutely none that come to mind.
I have this processor installed on a Asus P5AD2-E Premium motherboard. I have it over clocked to 3.968 GHZ with a front side buss of 880. The CPU temp is 41C at idle, and may top at 61C under high usage.
