Adorama did a very poor job
About the product - overall it's a good printer , if you can get used to the fact that most printers are ink-waster (this one is king of all). It scans good, print great compared to most other printers of similar style; especially for B&W photo printing.

Superior glossy-photo output and performance somewhat justify the unit and ink prices for this MFP, but color graphics on plain paper dont measure up.
