I got this Panasonic AIO laser printer to supplement my HP LaserJet 4 Plus printer and so far the new printer is fulfilling its job. I use the HP printer for high volume printing to save on printing cost since refilled toner cartridge for this printer can be had for cheap. The Panasonic printer is used mainly for copying documents and printing jobs that involve scanning.
Strengths: 1) Cost. 2) Good name and reliability. 3) Multi-function print/copy/scan. 4) Very quiet
Weakness: 1) Consumables. 2) USB connection only. 3) No fax. 4) Looks (could be slicker like Samsung's new models).
Overall this is a very good printer/copier/scanner for the money. Panasonic is a very reliable brand according to Consumer Reports. The software is decent, but you would do well to invest in PaperPort if you do a lot of scanning and OCR (note: Microsoft's latest Office supports extensive OCR). Cost of consumables is relatively high but take note--you can easily refill the toner yourself and save...

Strengths: An affordable all-in-one with most everything you could need built-in except fax (which is available with another model). Print quality is very good. Toner can be refilled easily.
Weakness: Heavy, with large footprint. Printing is loud.
Overall a great value for the price. I researched all-in-ones for awhile before deciding on the Panasonic. The toner can easily be refilled, which is a plus in not being tied to getting expensive toner cartridges. The buttons are easy to understand and use. Easy to install. Should handle most small office printing tasks.
