Strengths: The printer is very affordable. It has all the features that you will need for a small size color laser printer.
Weakness: For its price, it really doesn't have too many discernable weaknesses.
I bought this printer when it was on sale for about $400. It's really amazing what this little printer can do. The colors are sharp and the ppm is excellent. My family likes to use it to printer photos mostly and it has saved us many trips to the Walgreens to develop the photos. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone who's looking for an affordable color laser printer.
Strengths: Good print quality, sturdy printer
Weakness: Toner replacement is expensive
This color laser printer has great print quality with vivid colors. You can also hook this printer up to a network. This printer is very user friendly/easy to use. The toner is expensive for this item, so I would definitely recommend buying generic and/or remanufactured toner. Buying remanufactured toner also helps save the environment!
Strengths: Excellent quality, easy to install
Weakness: the toner is a little bit expensive to replace.
the Konica Minolta 2430DL is an excellent printer compared with the money I spent. It is network enabled and easy to install. The replacement of toner is expensive but the capacity is resonable so the price of each page is not very high. I recommend this printer.
Strengths: Excellent printer. Much improved software and hardware from previous model 2300DL.
Weakness: Documentation can be improved.
The Konica Minolta 2430DL is an excellent printer with much improved software and drivers compared with its predecessor 2300DL. It is network enabled and an excellent value for the money. The printer has a smaller footprint than 2300DL. Great value.
Strengths: Decent quality, network support, Mac support.
Weakness: Now dead. Loud.
I bought this printer shortly after it burst on the scene a couple of years ago. All the reviews were great, so I jumped on the bandwagon. Setup was okay. It uses a CUPS driver for Mac OS X, so, setup was seamless enough. Printer options were available via the printers web interface. When it prints you get 4 loud clunks as the paper passes through the 4 color stages. Also you also get 4 loud...
Strengths: good print quality, expandable memory, network ready, Mac compatible, easy to setup
Weakness: toner replacement is expensive
I bought this a months ago and I am impressed with this color laser printer It has very good print quality and has network support The paper tray holds up to 200 sheets of plain paper, is enough use for home or small business
Strengths: Great functions. Fast printer. Vivid color. expandable memory. network ready
Weakness: Bulk, too heavy
I bought this a few weeks ago and I am very very impressed with this color laser printer. Very fast printing and color is great. I love it very much, but it's a bit too heavy.
Strengths: great printer, very good print quality, has network support
Weakness: only thing i might complain is that the toner is quite expensive which is true for all of the color laser printers.
This is a very decent color laser printer. It has very good print quality and has network support. Besides, the starter kit allows you to print more than 1000 pages. The network support allows you to use the printer without connecting it to your computer. Overall, it is a great printer.
Strengths: Fairley quick, direct from camera, image quality good
Weakness: only 200 sheet paper tray, starter carts
It's a very nice color laser printer. It's relatively fast, it has good image quality, it can print directly from camera, and it has a network port builtin. Although on the downside, it only has a 200 sheet paper tray and comes with starter toners (but what printer does't now a days?). Overall, if you can get a good buy, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Also very easy to setup.

Konica Minolta Magicolor 2430DL Laser Printer
Strengths: Linux compatible
Weakness: No user manual that lists button functions or instructions for programming included or available on the web. However, the buttons on the front panel are fairly intuitive, and once you have the DHCP or IP, etc. set up, it works fine.
I was looking for a Linux compatible color laser printer because of the obvious advantages of that operating system. This one was recommended at LinuxPrinting.org. Since there was no user manual shipped with the printer, I had to call tech support to get the printer set up for FC3, and the first human couldn't help--I had to wait for the call-back. (There was no problem with the preloaded...
