Not my first HP printer. This is another printer that does a very good job. Easy to set up. Packing for shipping was very good, no lose parts when arrived. The display screen was better than I expected. Easy to see and use.

While the printer makes good prints and copies: This is clearly designed for a savvy wireless user, and also is adequate for an old-timer. The unit's info says it can FAX, but since it does not connect to the phone, nor is there a phone cord receiver on the printer, the FAX they are referring to requires an Esomething subscription. I will not subscribe to something else. And I wonder how one...

Great printer, speed and color.

The quality and clearity of photos, faxes, copies and scans is great. I was surprised at that because of the speed it printed any of the methods used. I had thought as it was printing, "man, this isn't good, it's way to fast for good quality". I was wrong. Not so good

I had a lot of trouble locating the product number and I tried to access help via customer service. It was tedious and unsatisfying. I finally did locate the Product number on the outside of the packing case, not where I was directed to look on the ID label attached to the rear of the printer. I believe I'll need to purchase a USB cable to hook up with my laptop. WINDOWS 8 seems to be a problem....
