4 new printers, 4 failures
Strengths: If it worked it would be a GREAT printer
Weakness: Quality
Very disappointed. After 4 different printers in 2 weeks (each one lasted less than 3 days before problems arose), we have given up on HP for our business. We quit buying HP printers a few years ago because of quality problems. We let ourselves be talked back into trying their new 'top of the line' 8600. The first one had scanning/faxing problems after about 2 days (a line down the...

HP OfficeJet Pro Plus 8600
Strengths: Does exactly what it claims it can do.Connected to laptop via wiFi
Weakness: None as of yet.
ADF seems to work well with standard copier paper.FAX's, copies, scans & prints - doesn't make coffee.Given the type of paper which I am using, printed photo's are quite exceptable.I find it quite amazing that one could purchase this machine for $220.00 with FREE shipping.

I love this printer!
Feature packed at a great price, the HP 8600 Plus fits all my printing, copying, faxing and scanning needs. And wireless to top it off. It's what I've been looking for!

Disappointed !!!!!
The Printer is HORRIBLE if you print envelopes frequently, Your forced to either buy an additional tray just for envelopes which raises the height of the machine and the cost, or take out the paper from the paper tray and then place in your envelope(s), print them, then replace your 8.5x11 paper. Probably not a big deal if you rarely print envelopes. ...... I believe it prints fast and in good...

Smaller and Quieter
I had a Office Pro 8500 that had too many copies in it's history. I ordered a Office Pro 8600 Plus and have been impressed. The unit is smaller, and quieter yet is faster making copies. The lid over the scanner appears to be a little flexible, but has not been an issue. If your older printer is having issues, you will be glad you upgraded to a new Office Pro 8600 Plus
