Very hard to use touch screen
I had the previous model which was slow and gave it to my husand. I have to hit the touch screen repeatedly to use it. Also the driver for Windows 8 must be downloaded. I would not buy it again.

Very nice printer
Print copies are sharp. Copier, Scanner and Fax options are a plus.

Product is great
I coulden't ask for a better product. The color is bright and it was easy to set up. The printing is surperb and fast. Used for a small business and personal use. I hope I have this one as long or longer then my other HP printer

Disappointed
I "was" happy when I first got this printer, but after awhile I became more and more disappointed. The ink cartridges are expensive and I swear the ink disappears even though I seldom use color. Now it will NOT print in accurate color. I bought new HP magenta since printer said ink running low. Cleaned, double cleaned and triple cleaned heads. Unplugged and plugged back in. Will NOT print in red...

Great Printer
The only problem I've had with the printer came from the AT&T U-verse router and the ability to access the internet for enrolling in Eprint. Got past that and everything is cool.
