This may have been the absolute WORST HP experience that I've ever had. This MFP promises the moon, but can't quite deliver (at least not without a boost). IF you are buying it because you will be able to scan to e-mail, unless you have control of your e-mail server and can disable authentication, maybe OK. Strengths: Nice quality for a Laser
Weakness: Print cartridges that are included don't last long. Be prepared to spend another $120 X 4 for new cartridges. Fax part of the machine need to be reset (shut down) once a week or machine wont fax.
Machine cleans and resets itself at least twice a day. Tech support is worthless, unless you like being on hold and understanding the person on the other end. I would not recommend this machine
