Strengths: Low cost per cover...so easy to use, the software is the best of them all for editing and fixing contrast etc just before printing
Weakness: None
I have been using this printer for DVD covers now for 2 months and can advise every one looking to replace the paper covers with ink to get this printer without any worry. I have done a minimum of 150 covers with one set of ink..the yellow and the black will let go first. That comes out to .40 cents a dvd...so it cost less than the paper that cost.20 and the price of the ink The result are just...
Strengths: Enjoy fast, easy setup Six Seperate Inks Good Quality CD/DVD Printing
Weakness: Lacks LCD - it would have become lot more convinient With new R300 and R320 in the market, value of R200 and R220 will go down pretty fast
I got this printer with my purchase of Digital Camera, so at the price I paid, I am very satisfied :-). Though it provided CD/DVD printing, I have never tried it yet. Do not want to incur additional cost of printable media. Otherwise, the quality is good and it is hassle free. Easy to setup and get started.
Strengths: 6 ink cartridges, quality printing, direct CD/DVD print, easy setup
Weakness: No memory slot for direct printing.
Overall, it's nice printer that does it job well for its retail price ($50). I obtain one for almost free with the purchase of a laptop. It's almost free but yet not cheesy. It does in fact do a quality photo print. I expect so given it has 6 ink cartridges. Printing onto CD/DVD is easy and clean. Unfortunately it can not do photo print directly from memory card/stick because it has no...
Strengths: Fast, beautiful color prints, excellent DVD/CD printing.
Weakness: None so far. Excellent buy. Be prepared to buy Epson ink because they are beautiful and last longer.
This is the replacement model for the Epson R200, which was ground breaking with its direct DVD/CD printing technology. It is still the best DVD/CD printer out in the market. Definitely a good buy.
Strengths: The Epson 6-ink system is good -- it allows better usage of inks.
Weakness: Does not come with a USB printing cable.
Generally speaking, this is a good printer for home printing. The photo quality is not as impressive as the Canon prints ( in my personal opinion ), but overall a nice product.
Strengths: Cheap
Weakness: Photo quality not the best
I got this photo printer because of the $50 digital camera/printer bundle rebate. So basically I got it free after rebate. It is a very nice photo printer for this price (free after rebate), but if you need a better printer for your photos, I do not recommend this one. I use it as my regular color printer and it works fine.
Strengths: Clear picture. light. and more
Weakness: none
I bought this just a few days ago. I was very impressed with this photo printer. The picture is great and the speed is ok compared with my r320. My R320 is better than this but the price is much higher. Overall, I like this very much.
Strengths: Tough little printer..images & colors blend well, good thought went into this one, inexpensive machine for a "C" note.
Weakness: Not quite as fast as I'd want...for an everyday....However the final results made up for it. Sometimes I just don't feel like going on an adventure- They say ink is expensive but (always obtions)
Astonishing! This little sucker can do it all, (then some) and come up smiling for more....This is a mind-blowing little home printer...Don't be fooled. it's satisfying (but for home)-for every day use... If you want a big time printer this is not it...still one can cozy up to an extraordinary home BBQ!
Strengths: good quality for paper printing and CD printing
Weakness: no slots for memory cards and cameras
I bought this printer for printing photos only since I have a monochrome laser printer for printing other files, It works fine for me so far, it prints reasonably high quality photos, and it can print directly on CD with good quality, but this printer does not have memory card slots, you have to link the printer with your PC in order to do printing which is not convenient sometimes.

This no-frills printer produces wonderful photos, but it's slow and print quality on plain paper is lackluster.

Stick with HP
Strengths: Cheap when you buy it.
Weakness: Slow as hell, buying 5 different color cartidges costs $70
Seemed a good buy when purchased for $100 at BestBuy, but the old rule of you get what you paid for still applies. The photo quality is good, but when the colored ink runs out, you have to shell $70 for all of the 5 different color cartidges! Until you do so, the printer won't print, even in black and white mode. The annoying epson utility will keep flashing reminding you to buy more ink and...
