I had a Canon MX850 for a few years and liked it very much. Somehow it jammed a program and broke so I was forced to buy this model MX870. The directions were not thorough and we had to call support several times for various system functions. This printer is really SLOW and it uses twice as much ink as my last printer... not sure how that is but I am replacing a black ink cartridge every few...
