I like the ADF. I had the MP370 before and hated having to place each sheet individually for copies and scans. Wish this one had a paper tray below the unit so that current tray would not have to be open all the time.

I have never been more disappointed. This product arrived broken. Only a refurbished machine not a new one was offered as a replacement. Canon needs major work with their customer service. Hope nothing goes wrong with yours - they could not diagnose the problem over the phone, and I now get to pay $20 for cab rides to get it fixed.
