Strengths: good quality
Weakness: inks too expemsive; bulky
I bought this machine almost 3 months ago. I use it almost everyday with all its functionality. However since the inks cost too much, I might use it only as a scanner if it runs out of inks. The quality is really good, but it’s too bulky. I would not buy it again since it occupies too much space.
Strengths: Fantastic ADF. Fast printing. LCD shows a lot of info.
Weakness: The unit is pretty big and is about 20lbs.
The main reason why I choose this was the price + the automatic document feeder. I need to convert tons of documents to a electronic form and this baby can handle the job perfectly. The ADF is very very fast for something at this price (about 5 pages per minute). It barely jams as well. The printing quality is good. It also features double sided printing which is a plus for me. The LCD isn't in...
Strengths: Fast printing with low ink usage (and handy LCD ink level meter), individual tank changing, high quality photo printing, PictBridge direct camera-to-printer photo printing, aesthetically pleasing...
Weakness: Editing software saves JPEG file as an EPP for printing; annoying if you want to email an edited photo.
The first thing that I've noticed is that this printer is really fast in many aspects: fast warm-up time, fast copying/scanning, and fast printing--B/W, color, and photo-quality printing. Dual paper path is very handy; it lets you keep, let's say cheaper paper for normal printing in the cassette, and photo paper for those quality picture printing in the printer at the same time. Dual-sided...
Strengths: AIO machine, easy to operate, descent quality
Weakness: a little bit bulky
I had originally planned to buy the Canon MP130 but chose this model instead since the launch of the MP130 in the US was delayed. In retrospect I am glad that I went with the MP750 despite the increased price and size. Print quality is generally excellent, especially when printing on treated inkjet paper. I keep regular cheap paper in the bottom cassette, and keep the nice stuff in the automatic...
Strengths: This is one of the best multi-function inkjet printers out there -- great color, scanning, etc. It works great with my Macs
Weakness: The print quality is comparable but if you touch a freshly printed black and white page from the Canon the ink will smear.
Ok - I got this printer last weekend - it is simply amazing... the photos print in mere seconds and look just as stunning as from any photo developer. The duplexing is great. The automatic front door is way cool.
Strengths: great price, lots of features, excellent design
Weakness: large and heavy, no usb cable included
This is a great multifunction for the money. It comes with two black cartridges that are bound to last awhile. It has a very high speed for printing and scanning and incorporates 2 paper trays. Another features it manages to include is paper feeder. For the money, you cant go wrong with this machine. Of course, it would be better if it was slightly smaller and lighter. Network printing support...
Strengths: Fast printing, individual ink cartridges
Weakness: none so far
This is a great all-in-one printer. It scans, prints and copys in b/w or color. It prints double-sided to save you paper. It prints very fast and the text and images are very good. The document feeder is handy also but don't load it up too much as it will jam. The dual paper tray is great idea also, if you need to use different paper without reloading the other tray. You can't beat this...
Strengths: good speed, double sided printing
Weakness: bulky, no faxing capability, average software package
After much comparing, this all-in-one machine seems to be the best where it counts, speed. I appreciate the good quality photo printing and the low per-page cost, but for my home office (where i use it as my copy machine), it is the fastest. still not as fast as a real copy machine, but darn close. It is a bit bulky, and since it cannot fax, I have to have another fax machine on the table, using...
An excellent AIO that is bogged down by a subpar software package. Cartridges are cheap and easy to find, plus you can replace each individual color. Note: this model does not have a fax. The MP780 is exactly the same except that it includes a fax.
The Canon PIXMA MP750 is a mid-range multifunction photo inkjet printer from Canons Photo All-in-One Inkjet series. The printer offers print, copy, and scan functionality with print speeds of 25ppm black and 17ppm color. It features a ContrastPLUS ink system to provide vivid photos and laser-quality text and is capable of printing a 4" x 6" borderless photo in 36 seconds. The printer also...
Top
MP750
Strengths: Fast, high quality printing. Five individual ink tanks. Duplexing.
Weakness: No fax, not geared towards printing photos
The MP750 is one of several MP7xx models Canon has available. The MP750 is designed as a business multifunction - it it designed to copy, print, and scan. It does not have a fax however; if you need a fax, look for the MP780 (which is otherwise identical to the MP750). It also does not have many of the photo-specific features that the MP760 does; if your primary goal is to print photos, the MP760...
