I think I got the best for my money with this all in one printer. I'm sure there are plenty of higher quality ones, but for the price I paid, and the item I received, I think I did a pretty good job! I have a Mac running OSX 10.4. My son who is very experienced in Mac an computers worked several hours to get the wireless working with the printer. It worked for about a month and now no longer will connect. Reinstalling does not work as the program hangs up at selection of machine point. I would be EXTREMELY hesitant to buy if you have a Mac or want to use wireless. If you go online for help...

My MFC 465 cn is only 6 months old. I have "Moth balled" it. It works perfect but cost more to refill with ink then my two SUVs. If I Got another one for free I could't afford to take it.This is the last of many Brothers I will buy.

Previously I only bought HP printers, but recently I have found the reliability of HP to be not as good as previous - paper jams etc, so for the price this was an excellent alternative. For a very compact unit it provides color printing, copying, scanning and faxing. Also it uses individual ink cartridges. So far I am very pleased with this all-in-one printer.

This is a good all around printer, scanner, copier, and fax machine. Obviously the compact size is a great feature for those needing space but I like the larger LCD, no tiny barely able to see LCD on this machine. The paper tray, which is nicely out of your way needs to be taken out to change for envelopes or any type of size changing. Printing and scanning quality are OK, not the best, colors...
