We are a dental business that has owned this paper folder since August of 2006. We have never been able to feed more than 10 sheets at a time (unlike the advertised 50) and most of the ones we do send through get wrinkled or do not get folded properly. Strengths: Compact design with over the ledge tray. Fast operation.
Weakness: none noticed yet, except price to purchase item too high.
Item works well right out of the box, puchased from Office Max due to lowest price with shipping included. Works very well in speed of operation and noise level. Design feature of over the counter letter tray allows for unobserved operation during day.

Strengths: very fast
Weakness: somewhat sensitive to setup or it grabs more than one sheet then pandemonium results!
A bit sensitive to set-up but when done properly this thing rocks! If you dont watch it, it can grab an extra sheet then spits out several mis-folds.
