Posted - This is really a great device for the tehno-novice folks. Has a good processor with more than enough memory for beginners. The reputation of Palm company as the manufacturer is reassuring. Can certainly be used as a versatile tool as well.

5 Star ReviewEasy to use PDA for beginners

Strengths:Low cost, easy to use, color screen, small size is easy to fit in pocket or purse

Weaknesses:Screen is smaller than state of the art PDAs

Posted - This is a very easy to use PDA right out of the box. We purchased this unit for my wife's mom who is not an electronics lover, however the Palm OS and simplified button menus made this an easy to use PDA for her. It is easy to create and store names/addresses, memos, and even upload photos. There are just enough functions to satisfy any beginner without other confusing features. There are no wireless or online functions, so this would not be the unit to get for any expecting to expand their PDA later on. Durability of the unit remains to be judged, but the overall build quality feels good.
