Good standard Motherboard
Strengths: Integrated Graphics are great. Integrated Sound is excellent-better than most. PCI-E slot has great design in being connected directly to the Northbridge chip, working exceptionally well overall.
Weakness: The Southbridge chip allows for fewer USB ports than other chipsets, which ussually isn't a big deal. The Hard Drive controller/Southbridge don't perform nearly as well in the MB, and there is cost.
Overall, this is a good MB for general use. In conjunction with a MSI x1300-based graphics card, I can play CS source at full res and with most full settings (averaging about 57 fps-not the best, but hey). This isn't a gaming MB, but it is very stable and can still run the better games at a good clip. The most noticable difference you will find is in loading speed of your programs. Things don't...
