Strengths: nForce3 250 chipset, IDE/SATA + Raid. Overclocking options. Cheap.
Weakness: Not-so-good Layout. Not Compatible with nTune or SpeedFan. Useless Driver CD.
The good parts: This is a well-featured board for such low cost. The award/phoenix bios is far beyond what other value segment makers offer, including voltage adjustment options, working PCI/AGP locks, and manual CAS latency settings. I built my first PC with this board and a AMD sempron 2600 chip. Instructions for everything were good, it was not as difficult as I thought it would be. This board has a lot of integrated features (sound, video, network) and even has an AGP slot. Good board for the price.

I purchased this motherboard a few days ago and I'm very happy with it. I also purchased a sempron cpu for this motherboard and I can see the difference in proccesing power from my old pc. Highly recommended for under $50.
Strengths: Price is good. Board is stable when it works.
Weakness: Got two lemons before I finally got one working fine.
This mainboard is actually an excellent board, highly overclockable and stable. HTT runs stable at at least 320MHz. However, the BIOS limits the HTT to 250MHz max, and there are bugs in the BIOS on memory timing settings, that make the board not good at overclocking and unstable. You have to use A64tweaker and clockgen. Anyway, 250MHz is a decent overclocking.

What more can be said about this motherboard? Like other reviewers, I received this as a combo package with the AMD sempron 2800+ cpu from outpost.com for @ $79 to power an inexpensive daw. Which it is doing a great job at. I combined this with 1gb of ram, 160gb hd and other quiet components, and it has been running rock solid ever since.
Strengths: Low Price with leading edge features (SATA, overclocking options in bios)
Weakness: you don't get everything at this price (basic audio, no dual channel memory)
Board has mixed reviews, but the one I bought worked well right out of the box. I did have to download up-to-date drivers and bios, but that is pretty standard. Has better than average bios settings for this price point but this is not for hard overclockers. The mounting for the CPU is large and takes up a lot of real estate. Only has two memory slots, so you'll want to get high capacity modules....
Strengths: Great value, nForce3 Chipset, onboard LAN, 6 Channel Audio, SATA, and support 64bit CPU.
Weakness: Socket 754, limited overclocking options, only 2 memory slots available and dual channel memory is not support.
This motherboard is great for anyone looking to build a budget system because it goes hand in hand with AMD Sempron processors. Again, this board is only good for its price, not its features. Anyone looking to build an Athlon 64 pc, I suggest getting 939 socket board and CPU.
Strengths: The price is hot. I bought this motherboard with AMD Sempron 2800+ - 2.0GHz Processor for only $69 without any rebate required. It is very easy to install with the nForce3-A's color map offers color-coded pin headers and slots.
Weakness: The BIOS voltage settings seem limited.
This is a very great value of CPU MO. As overclocked, it is equivalent to a Sempron 3300+. It comes with multi-language user's guide. It can't beat for only $69 plus tax. It would be highly recommanded for making an enter level computer.

for the price this is a great mobo i have no had any problems but the overclocking ablilties are not so great. I i had the chance to purchase the this board again i would.

Good board for the money
Strengths: Good chipset, stable, inexpensive.
Weakness: Limited bios settings and overclocking.
This board is solid and stable, but is not set up for much of an overclock. You can raise the FSB and tweak the memory timings and get a moderate overclock. I like the nForce 3 chipset and for the money it is hard to beat.
