I love this monitor! It has a terrific viewing angle -- both vertical and horizontal -- excellent text/picture clarity, and vivid colors. The HP software works on Vista 32 and 64 bit and, though a little flaky during install, on xp x64. HDC{ works correctly, allowing me to watch Netflix on demand (hooked up to an nvidia 8800gt). HP service is excellent, too! I'm very pleased.

I purchased this monitor 13 months ago. I was never satisfied with the picture (think old school, low end LCD displays). Now, there is such a horrible double image, that it's almost unusable. This happened literally 3 weeks after the 1 year warranty expired. Save yourself the headache, don't buy this monitor.
Strengths: Bright pictures, back-built in speakers, flexible base, 4-port USB hub
Weakness: Lack of DVI connector, dark and blurry pictures from certain angle of view, glamour surface which reflects light
This monitor is big, nice and shiny. It's been recognized by my PC easily and its driver was automatically downloaded from the Microsoft website. For some reason I may use it only in certain angle because it's getting dark otherwise. Its speakers are on the back which is pretty cool. I was surprised when I found 4 USB connectors instead of two as I expected but maybe they don't work all together...

Nice 24" Monitor
Strengths: Well constructed, clear, bright image. Flexible adjustment options.
Weakness: Shiny surface may not be to everyone's taste.
I was impressed right away with how well this monitor was packaged to prevent damage. I'm enjoying the large clear, bright screen and being able to see multiple windows at once. It has a lot of adjustment options that I'm still learning about. When making connections in the back you must carefully lay monitor face down on a soft surface. Overall, it's an excellent monitor.
