Strengths:  Modem worked well. Good speed and fast connect time.
Weaknesses:  Software not great. Crashed on me during the flash process.
Review:  When the crash happened the modem immediately stopped working (which is understandable since there was no firmware). I emailed USR support to see if there was anything I could do to repair the modem without sending it back to the online dealer (too much hasle). They emailed me the next day saying that they could not handle my problem over email and to call them on their support phone number. When...
