Strengths:  It is external so I didn't have to pay someone to install it into my laptop. Works with XP and I like how I can answer the phone without being ...
Weaknesses:  It only connects at a 33 kbps speed - I was used to 45 kbps with the more expensive US Robotics modem I was using.
Review:  I would purchase again. I do think the price was a little high for such a low connection speed, but it saved me from having to install it into my laptop myself or pay someone else to do it.
