I bought this headset for online gaming but I also use it to talk to my friends and family overseas over ventrilo and other messaging clients. The sound is crystal clear and the voice quality over the microphone is good too according to people who hear me talk over it. For $15 its a steal considering that when they came out they were close to $50. Great headset for the price

These headphone provide a very loud sound. The range of sound make you hear everything that can be thrown at you. The speaker is versatile enough to be used for gaming and, as well as, good enough to be used for voice dictation. The in-line control allows you at a tip of the finger to turn off the mic and adjust the volume, which is a must now, unless you use the OS to adjust this.
Strengths: convenient, works great
Weakness: mic cannot be separately used...design of the product, but it would be nice if they had that option available.
I bought it for gaming and it works great with convenience and flexibility. i like the fact that mic is attached to the headphone and makes me to do my best in the game.
Strengths: Works great. Voice transfer were pretty clear.
The only difference between the .80 vs .90 is that .80 is foldable. This model has a more comfortable and more closure to both ears. It would be great if using it to listen to music or watching DVD. It has a bulky look to it, but overall it's good for under $20 cost.

Weakness: Headphone and microphone plugs are not color coded. It would be easier and quicker to install if microphone plug was red.
Very comfortable to wear. The foam ear pieces reduce background noise (TV, conversations, etc.) enough to listen to crisp stereo sound with little distraction. Microphone tilts conveniently out of the way. Excellent product. They work perfectly for me when I take online classes and listen to .mp3 tracks.

Weakness: Quite heavy and can slide around or even fall off unless you keep still
I have used this headset for more than 100 hours and have yet to have a problem with them. The sound coming from the headphones is clear and the microphone is very responsive, much more so than the mic built into my notebook computer. Strengths: Great sound, good for games, (doesn't disturb my wife (she isn't fond of dying alien screams :) )
Weakness: Construction seems a bit flimsy
Overall, great product, recommend getting buying inconjunction with the PLantronics PC headset speaker switch. The 3D sound with the headset works great! Also, microphone works pretty well, but I have not used it that much.
