Design: Ergonomic
Pointing Device Features: Ergonomic
Strengths: Extremely comfortable for extended use. High build quality. wireless.
Weakness: Not worth retail price. Recurring AA battery expense. Limited customization. Scroll wheel issue. side button placement. difficult to use while standing.
Its main strength is its advertised one, ergonomics. It feels very solid and well built. Two AA batteries are supposed to last a long 6 months (Mine are still at the highest level after one). A main flaw is that the scroll wheel goes up much more easily than down. So after scrolling down webpage, the slightest movement on the scroll wheel often frustratingly sends it back up a little. Also, my g9...
Strengths: connects fast, responds well, comfortable, laser
Weakness: not rechargeable
This mouse has a weird shape which requires some getting use to. After some usage though the mouse feels comfortable. The usb receiver for this mouse is bit big in size but manageable. Responds pretty well though.
Strengths: comfortable, laser, perfect size
Weakness: not rechargeble, pricey
It is a great mouse because of its shape. I have a large palm and long fingers and this mouse is perfect for me. I wish Microsoft made it rechargeable and change usb receiver (make it smaller). This mouse responds pretty quick and precise. Also, it works with Mac computers I intend to use it with my MacBook Pro. Overall, highly recommended.
THE GOOD: Easy to adjust to the unique design; felt less stressful on your reviewers well-worn mousing wrist (unclinically speaking); satisfying, responsive scroll wheel. THE BAD: Inconvenient thumb-button placement; overly large RF receiver. THE BOTTOM LINE: Aimed at relieving or preventing the onset of repetitive stress injuries, Microsofts new mouse seems to have the right idea in its redesign...

Excellent Ergonomics
Strengths: natural shape that fits your palm
Weakness: not so great for gaming
I highly recommend this mouse for anyone who has discomfort or issues around carpal tunnel using traditional mice. This design is great to relieve stress while still providing a fairly traditional mouse design and experience. My only disappointment was in using it for gaming. Gaming can really worsen or cause carpal tunnel, so I was looking for a mouse that'd be good for work and games as well....
