Introduced in late April 2009, the mini NB200 series is a family of netbooks from Toshiba. Optical drives are not included with the netbook but a portable optical drive is sold separately. The...

The Toshiba NB205 is a stellar netbook especially considering how new to the netbook arena Toshiba is. The NB205-N210 that I reviewed is priced around $350 and that gets you a netbook with the better Intel Atom N280 1.66 GHz processor, a 6 cell battery pumping out 9 hours of battery life, a perfect keyboard and a huge touchpad. Put this all together for $350 and you have a great machine in the...

Toshiba NB20-N210 Netbook PC
Strengths: Long battery life and portable. Can carry in purse. No problem running Microsoft Office - Student edition. Bought if for may daughter and she loves it over her older full size laptop.
Weakness: Would love to have a CD/DVD in the computer but I knew it did not before I purchased. I wonder how much it would change the Netbook design. I did buy an external drive which works fine.
We made a great choice and it is rated better than other models. It is perfect for travel and everyday internet use. The keyboard is easy to get use to.
