Dymo LabelWriter 330 Turbo Printer

Strengths: USB, SDK provided, plug-n-play, networkable

Weakness: Requires separate power connector

The DYMO LabelWriter 330 Turbo was quick to install and operate. The package comes with everything you need to get started. A starter package of labels and software is included to start printing label right away. A free SDK can be downloaded for the DYMO website. I first found and evaluated the SDK before purchasing the label printer. I found that I was able to develop a customized Delphi...

Dymo LabelWriter 330 Turbo Printer

Strengths: Extremely fast, small footprint, easy to install, easy to change labels, sharp printing

Weakness: None

This is the best label printer I have ever used. Installation was a breeze and the included software is very intuitive and versatile. Printer went from box to printing in a matter of minutes.

Dymo LabelWriter 330 Turbo Printer

Strengths: Blazing fast and reliable. NO INK CARTRIGES!

Weakness: Once a year or so, clean the roller with alcohol or the labels advance too far.

We run a program that produces labels for guests that must be accurate within a short time period. This printer handles it flawlessly. With the varied printing sizes and speed it is so versitile. It really does produce labels et the 32 per minute it advertises. After 2 years in 6 stores we would buy no other printer.

Dymo LabelWriter 330 Turbo Printer

Strengths: Great label printer! Fast, with software that makes it very easy to create perfect labels.

Weakness: Price, not a cheap printer, you could buy a number of inkjet printers for the $175 plus, but there isn't any label waste.

The dymo 330 turbo labelwriter is very easy to use and produces great black and white labels. It can also be used to print name badges. There is an extensive collection of dymo labels available, some like the printer are a bit pricey though.

Dymo LabelWriter 330 Turbo Printer

Strengths: It works

Weakness: Range and cost of labels

I have to say its a costly answer to make things more convenient. Im surprised that the price of these things hasnt come down that much over the past 2 years or so.

Dymo LabelWriter 330 Turbo Printer

Strengths: Ease of use, speed, compatible with MacIntosh

Weakness: software

Units works great, software leaves a lot to be desired. The help section is not helpful. Would purchase again. Prints very fast. Takes up a lot less room than our typewriter. Looking forward to using it for more applications.

Dymo LabelWriter 330 Turbo Printer

Strengths: Speed much improved over the past products. Works well on the Macintosh platform. Great USB support,

Weakness: Lacks good software by the company.

I have owed four Dymo printers now over the past 5 year. They last a long time and have great print quality. It supports many fonts and makes decent bar codes for labling. Its best if you use your own software such as FileMaker or Microsoft.

Dymo LabelWriter 330 Turbo Printer

Strengths: Compact, quite, quick, and has good print quality.

Weakness: Does not have a way to open label pathway to clear out a jammed up label. If this happens the printer often becomes a throw-away. Previous model 330 Turbo failed to power on after 1 year use.

The failed units were a disaster. I have eight, 1-2 year old units that went bad, in my garage, many more in the landfill and the company was no help. They denied any responsibility for a crappy built-in power brick. They knew they had a problem because the new model has the power brick external to the unit. This will at least mean you can replace the power brick instead of the whole printer but...

Dymo LabelWriter 330 Turbo Printer

Strengths: Prints a clear and crisp label.

Weakness: Doesn't deserve the label "Turbo"

I was using an older EL40 & EL60. When the EL40 stopped working I chose to upgrade to the newer Label Writer 330 Turbo. After installing and running some tests, I found it no faster than the older EL60 version. In the case of Internet postage, it actually printed slower. I would not reccommend it if you were only going to upgrade for speed,as an initial label printer it's fair.
