After doing extensive research on KVMs, I decided to pay a little more to get the belkin. It cost about 1.5 times the cheap competitors, but I figured I was buying quality. I plugged in my MS Intellimouse Explorer and MS Internet Keyboard Pro and it works fine on my desktop. The image on my monitor is great and clear. The hotkeys on my keyboard dont work, but that doesnt bother me. However, what...
I have had no problems with this product. It is designed well and works well. Switching computers is easy, the device takes up little space, and cost is expected for what it is.

Belkin OmniView SOHO KVM Switch
Strengths: Very good viedo, small footprint, somewhat reasonable price ($100)
Weakness: Does not work with my wireless Logitech mouse. Loses much of the keyboard functionality of my Logitech wireless keyboard (special multimedia keys, quick-launch buttons, scroll wheel).
This unit is advertised as working with Logitech wireless products, but it really does not. Still waiting to hear back from tech support on my specific problem, but I am not holding my breath.
