The AX Pro builds upon the successful AX360 Platform, offering hardware dolby digital decoding to True 5.1 channel audio through 8 independent speakers. The AX Pro also features re-designed speaker positioning, for increased accuracy of 3d sound positioning. Further microphone support has been added for the PS3, and PC. You can also enjoy your Dolby Prologic games and movies, with full Hardware ProLogic II decoding as well.

Strengths: One of the best HS I have ever owned.
Weakness: Illumination cannot be turned off without unplugging.
The illuminated logo on the side of the headset is initially cool to look at, but glow 24 hours a day. I have to unplug the AC adapters since there is no power button for the headset itself - just the module.
