I use this primarily for chatting on skype from office. Found the headset to be excellent but lags a volume or mute button. Also the cord that comes with the headset is a bit short. Too fragile and short life

Weakness: fragile, USB cord is too thin, small ear covers
Have been using this for a few months. I bought too and one of them is already dead. The other one is also acting up. I found these to be too fragile to handle and use for daily use. If you travel with your headset than these are not for you. Also, lacks a mute or volume control. Will not recommend to anyone who is looking for a sturdy product.
