great product with poor documentation, however the rep at computer giants (site where purchased) was very helpful and emailed me instructions and links directly from Western Digital which made installation a breeze.
Strengths: Very fast, reliable, great price, great brand, excellent quality and ease of installation. Also, the one year limited warranty secures yourself of hard drive failure for that time period.
Weakness: The only weakness with this product is that it is only given with a 1 year warranty. A longer warranty would be nice.

Weakness: Difficult installation
Installation can be difficult because most operating systems are not configured for recognizing any hard drives over 137gb (127gb binary). Also, you lose about 10gbs after formatting because Windows reads storage differently so a 160gb hard drive is recognized as 149gb in the Windows XP OS. overall, one of the best deals in a hard drive that i have ever bought. honestly, this is almost a steal at 67 cents a gigabyte. This is also a reliable brand and not some knockoff which you would probably see at this price.
