Weakness: Compatibility problem - Does not work with Fuji S7000 Camera. Does work with Fuji E550 camera. Incompatible with Fuji XD reader.

Bought the Olympus xD 512MB card to use with Fuji S7000. Show "Card error" when camera is turned on. Tested in other friend's S7000 cameras, same error occurs. Insert in E550 camera, the card came up fine. Very good product. Works perfect in my olympus digital camera. 512mb provides a lot of space for photo storage. I love this one and will consider purphase again.

Strengths: Small and fast

Weakness: too expensive

This is a great card if you plan to take many photos. The only caveat is that for use with an Olympus C50 you must get a firmware upgrade which can take up to 10 days and requires you to ship the camera to Olympus.

Weakness: non so far, still a little bit pricy

This card is great. It writes very fast and with 512 MB capacity, it stores a lots of high quality pictures. I used it with my Olympus C8080. The pictures came out great. With this card, I can take a few pictures & convert them into a panoramic picture.

Strengths: I can get around 522 pictures in the default HQ mode.

Weakness: They are very small and could be lost if not carefull. I would recomend using the 6 slot plastic xD Memory card holder that it comes with.

I like that it will hold so many more pictures compared to the smaller 16 meg. xD memory card my camera came with. Since my cameras video modes include Mpeg4 at 30 frames per second, I found I needed the larger memory card to make it worth using.

Strengths: Able to hold many more pictures than the card the camera came with, specially at slightly lower resolution. Good for long vacations.

Weakness: Small

As this is the largest megabytes our camera will hold, it should be quite useful. The price is a little high, but not a deal-breaker. Overall, it seems to be a good product.

Weakness: XD cards are more expensive per MB, but that's a choice you make when you buy your camera.

The card works great. I use it in an Olympus C-770UZ. It's very convenient to have such a large memory capacity so that you can take lots of pictures and sort them out later in the comfort of your home.
