I have ordered with very low expectations because I never tried USB based Docking Stations in my life but I am pleasantly surprised the way it performs. I have all kinds mixed devices connected through this. Get this... HP Business Series Notebook - NC8430 Dell 20" (DVI-D) Monitor Logitech Cordless Keyboard and Mouse Combo. Just let it install the drivers from the CD and a reboot or two....
