I have asked Dell for advise and they have informed me that I need to do a PC restore.. This problem has been on going for approximately 6 months. I purchased a tech support packaged with Dell and I'm still having problems. I'm not getting the support I thought I would get. At this point I'm really disappointed in Dell.
