Strengths:  - looks fantastic - pretty quiet
Weaknesses:  - hard to install - not as quiet as you might want - middling thermal performance
Review:  This was very, very difficult to install, and was neither quieter nor cooler than my arctic freezer pro 64. It *is* nice if you don't have much clearance overhead, since it is very low profile. On the other hand, it does spread out a little, so it's hard to remove/install RAM.

Weaknesses:  It is big -- check Zalman website for mobo clearance info. Requires motherboard removal to mount.
Review:  If you just plug it into the motherboard, the fan runs at its top speed, and is certainly audible. You can use the speed controller (provided) to lower the fan speed until the fan is inaudible. My mobo socket was >12C cooler with this unit than with an 80mm low-rpm Speeze heatsink/fan even at a very very quiet 1700 rpm.
