It Works
Strengths: It works and for a good price.
Weakness: Not labeled very well.
I have an RCA HD52W67 52" HDTV and I hooked up my motorola cable box (HDMI) to my TV (DVI) and it has worked great. I would be careful of which DVI connectors your device accepts, I think this is DVI-I which is analog and digital but I'm not sure so watch out.
