Yes and No.

Strengths: Easy Setup.

Weakness: Partial Intel support.

I bought these cards to supplement the available SATA ports on an Intel Zeon server motherboard. The card worked fine on a server running Windows 2008 Standard R2. However, did not work on the exact same setup using Windows Small Business Server 2008 Premium R2.
